The KSWDC Women Cell of KAHM Unity Women’s College (Autonomous), Manjeri, organized a Passport Mela as a special initiative to help students obtain passports easily. The programme was conducted with registration on 29-06-2026 and document verification on 30-06-2026, and 01-07-2026 at the IQAC Room from 9.30 a.m. onwards. 
The programme aimed to simplify the passport application and verification process for students and staff by providing institutional support and direct assistance. As part of the verification process, the officials who visited the institution were Gireesh, Verification Officer; Vishnu and Premjith; Citizen Service Executive. Their presence helped ensure smooth document verification and guidance for applicants during the programme.
A total of 61 students and staff utilized this opportunity to apply for passport-related verification and processing. The programme was highly beneficial, as it saved time, reduced procedural difficulty, and encouraged students to take an important step toward higher studies, employment, and travel opportunities. 
The Passport Mela was coordinated under the leadership of the KSWDC Women Cell coordinators, including Suhada KM, Shameema PT (Teacher Co-ordinators) and MP Nashwa (Student Co-ordinator). This programme was arranged with the assistance of Mr. Muhammedali Kanniyan, Senior Clerk, KAHM Unity Women’s College, Manjeri and program reflected the institution’s commitment to student support and empowerment.
