Entrepreneurship Awareness Program
The Entrepreneurship Development Club (EDC) in collaboration with the Department of Commerce, KAHM Unity Women’s College, Manjeri, organized an Entrepreneurship Awareness Program titled “SHE CREATES VALUE: Empowering Young Entrepreneurs” on June 24, 2025, at Aryabhatta Hall. The program aimed to inspire and educate students about entrepreneurial thinking and to promote a startup culture among the youth.
The session was graced by CS Jabir Panoli, Director of PT Indo Malabar Group, Indonesia, who served as the resource person. With his vast international experience and entrepreneurial expertise, Mr. Jabir Panoli delivered an insightful and inspiring talk that captivated the audience.
The program commenced with a welcome address by Ms. T.K. Fathima Shajitha, Associate Professor and Head, Department of Commerce. Her words highlighted the importance of nurturing entrepreneurial skills among students and creating platforms for them to learn from industry experts.
The session was interactive and engaging, allowing students to clarify doubts and share their ideas. The real-life examples shared by the resource person inspired many to think beyond conventional career paths and consider entrepreneurship as a viable and fulfilling option.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Ms. Sidrathul Munthaha, ED Club Coordinator, who expressed gratitude to the resource person, faculty members and all participants for making the program a grand success. 66 students participated in the program.
