NCC ENROLMENT 2026

The NCC Army Wing of KAHM Unity Women’s College (Autonomous), Manjeri, under 9 (K) Girls Battalion NCC, Calicut, conducted the NCC Enrolment 2026 for first-year undergraduate students on 17 August 2026 at the College Auditorium from 10:00 am onwards. The programme aimed to familiarize first-year students with NCC and to select motivated and eligible students for enrolment in the NCC Army Wing. Lt. Loosiya. KP, Associate NCC Officer, welcomed the gathering and gave a brief introduction to NCC, highlighting its role in the college and its contribution to the overall development of students. Senior GCI Keerthi, 9 (K) Girls Battalion NCC, Calicut, briefed the students on NCC training, camps, activities, opportunities, and the benefits of joining NCC, and motivated the students to actively participate in NCC training and activities. Sub Sandeep Singh, along with Sub Mohan Raj P and Hav B. Kuldeep Singh, officers from 9 (K) Girls Battalion NCC, Calicut, briefed the students on the selection procedure. The selection process consisted of an interview followed by physical tests, which were conducted at the college ground. A total of 46 students participated in the selection process, out of whom 41 students were selected for NCC enrolment. The parade for second and third-year NCC cadets was also conducted. The enrolment programme was successfully completed, marking the selection of new cadets for NCC training and activities. UO Rishva. K (V Sem BA History) served as the student coordinator.
