Internal Examination Cell

The Internal Eaxmination cell,established to nuphold the highest standards of academic integrity and excellence,plays a pivotal role in the academic frame work of this institute.The cell is dedicated to conduct and monitoring internal examinations with utmost fairness,transparency and efficiency. 

Functions:

1. Conduct internal  examination  for all programms during  every semester. 
2. Prepare and distribute examination  schedule, time table  in consultation with Principal  and Staff Council members.
3. Seating arrangement  for the students are prepared and circulated prior to the exam.
4. The subject teachers   prepare the question papers and the exam cell ensures the question papers are set within the stipulated time.  
5. The exam cell prepares invigilation schedule and ensures that invigilators are vigilant  to prevent malpractices. 
6. Distribution of answer scripts for timely valuation and declaration of results.
5. Timely uploading of marks in EMBASE software to be viewed by students. 
6.  Address exam related grievances and appeals. 
7. Ensures exam confidentiality and integrity.
